Often the purveyor performs other quality test including milk fat, added water,
acidity, total solids, specific animal drug residues, pre-incubation and
laboratory pasteurized quality tests, and keeping quality (shelf life) tests.
Laboratory and sampling personnel are trained and certified according to strict
guidelines and must renew their certificates on a routine basis.
This is only a partial explanation of the total national milk control program.
